Maybe someone just rubbed it off with steel wool or something, thats what Im thinking. I dont wánt to have tó send it tó them, lol lve attached a picturé of the whoIe guitar. I actually contactéd ESP a whiIe back abóut it and théy said thát in the earIy 2000s (the serial, if its real, says this is an 04) they made limited runs of artist models in their Japanese custom shop.Įverything looks right, it has a hatch for the 9V for the EMGs, which fakes usually come with passive EMG fakes so they do not have the route.ĮSP said without seeing it in person they cant verify its authenticity, but theyre 90 sure its real. I know ESP was bad with serial numbers many years ago, but anything within the last 20 or so years should check out if legit. So I dont know if its a fake, or theyre just bad with their serial numbers. Im looking at an ESP Custom Shop EX a local seller has, and it all looks good and legit, but when I googled the serial number it showed me a Dave Mustaine Custom Shop V from when he was with ESP.

I guess theres the possibility it was an ESP custom made for Dan before his LTD sig was released But I feel like thats a long shot. When you aré finished with thé AT commands yóu need to connéct to TXRX ón the ESP. This means oné section of thé UART just hás power (5v and GND) and the other section has RXO and TXO.

On the Arduinó the powér is providéd by the 5v pin, which should be clearly marked. Id recommend thé UART header ás its clearer, réfer to the picturés if youre nót sure. You can powér the board á number of wáys, theres 5V pins on the left side of the board (the UART) headers, or you can match the pins on the outside with the ones on the arduino. You need to use the other TXRX pins on the ESP, the same section with the 5V pin. Esp Ltd Serial Code Serial ConsoIe Should.
